Confidentiality Policy

CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

At thetaxology, we place a major emphasis on maintaining confidentiality of customer information and Information Security Management. The following are crucial features of our Confidentiality Agreement, applicable to all our guests.

  • We do not provide our customers’ personal information to any third parties.

  • Without their written consent, we do not market using the identity or brand of our clients.

  • We never market to other potential customers using the name or information of our client.

  • Our Client Information and Client List are neither sold nor shared with third parties.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

It is agreed upon and understood that thetaxology Client may provide certain confidential information. It is agreed that in order to protect such information and maintain any confidentiality required by patent and/or trade secret laws:

  1. Invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models are all examples of the Confidential Information that will be disclosed, regardless of whether such information is designated as “Confidential Information” .
  2. thetaxolgy shall restrict the disclosure of Confidential Information within its own organization to directors, officers, partners, members, employees, and/or independent contractors (collectively, “affiliates”) who have a need to know. Unless required by law, thetaxolgy and its affiliates will not disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser.
  3. thetaxolgy is not obligated by this Agreement to protect any confidential information (a) that thetaxolgy had access to prior to receiving it from thetaxolgy Client; b) is made public or becomes public through no fault of thetaxolgy; ( c) is legitimately received by thetaxolgy from a third party who is not obligated to keep the information confidential; d) is disclosed to a third party without a duty of confidentiality by or with the permission of thetaxolgy; e) the information is known to the public or is in the public domain; or (f) is derived by thetaxolgy independently.
  4. The entirety of the agreement between thetaxolgy and thetaxolgy Client regarding the disclosure of Confidential Information is outlined in this Agreement. The parties must agree in writing before making any changes to this Agreement.
    If any of the terms of this agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the unenforceable clauses will be considered modified to the minimum extent necessary for the Agreement’s enforcement.
  5. As previously stated, you are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of any unauthorized activities you engage in, which may result in civil or criminal liability.
