Refund Policy Of thetaxology

The taxology’s refund policy deals with refunds made to customers when paid orders are cancelled. The conditions under which we will consider your cancellation and refund request, the time frame within which we will process your refund request, and any possible deductions from the refund amount are outlined in our policy on refunds.   • Your consultation request is rejected or canceled in the event that it is accepted but not paid for due to unanticipated and mitigating circumstances. In such instances, you will have the option of requesting a second consultation or, if you so choose, a full refund. Within 15 to 30 working days, a refund will be credited to your account and an acknowledgement of cancellation will be sent to the client within 7 working days.

  • Please notify help@thetaxology.com as soon as possible if your payment or credit card account has been overcharged. Within 15 business days, the Taxology.com will reimburse your Payment Account for the outstanding amount. In the opposite scenario, the taxology.com will deduct the remaining amount from your payment and notify you if the transaction amount at the time of fee payment is less than the actual fee amount.

  • Except for the specific circumstance outlined in the Refund Policy, thetaxology.com will not typically issue a refund in any other circumstance.

  • The team at thetaxology.com will work with you to find an acceptable solution in exceptional circumstances. In order to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with customers, thetaxology.com intends to resolve such situations in an objective, fair, and rational manner. The user’s payment to thetaxology.com for using its lawyers, company secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Accountants, Relationship Executives, or panel consultants is the maximum amount that can be claimed as a refund.

  • Please be aware that if the team at thetaxology has provided the service and the client has not provided the necessary documentation, information, or clarification for delivery, no refund will be issued.

  • If for any reason a registration, license, application, or application petition is denied by the Registrar of Companies, the GST Department, or any other government agency, no refund will be issued.

  • After 36 hours of placing the order with us, no request for a refund will be accepted; Moreover, if a refund request is made within 36 hours but the thetaxology team has already begun processing the order, the refund will not be granted.

  • Except at the discretion of thetaxology.com’s management, there will be a small (15%) deduction from the refund to cover the cost of processing online payments. Your bank or credit card account that was used to make the payment will receive the refund right away.
